About me

Born in China and based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I design products that connect human needs with thoughtful technology and meaningful business impact.

Outside of work, I love dancing, decorating my home, trying new foods, and exploring the world. These experiences keep me curious about people and open to new perspectives.

How I Design

Over the last decade, other than evolving designs, I also evolve how I design.

AgenticSprintBuildMeasureLearn

Agentic Sprint

2025–2026

I created Agentic Sprint, an AI-native workflow that brings together a team of specialized agents to synthesize insights, find evidence, explore ideas, converge on solutions, and build in code. Human judgment guides the process at the right moments, helping cross-functional teams build truly valuable products.

Design Sprint

2016–2025

When building was expensive, I used Design Sprints to help teams navigate ambiguity and align on directions they felt confident building. This work spanned 18 products across marketplaces, finance, communications, mergers and acquisitions, and more—with 300+ cross-functional participants.
